Biography
Andy Sim spearheads Digital Innovation at the National Volunteer & Philanthropy Centre where he leverages technology to achieve systems change for the social sector.
He left behind a successful career in the information technology sector to pursue his goal of building an intelligent giving ecosystem that makes giving simple, meaningful and fun for everyone to contribute while connecting them to foster symbiotic relationships using an open digital platform (www.giving.sg).
Andy believes that technological advances will increase our means to live but not the meaning to live for. As giving always leads to serving another person we love or a cause we care, it will make us more human in embracing our differences to build a sustainable and inclusive future for all.
