Rowan is an established entrepreneur and Advisor to Swytch, a blockchain renewable energy verification and incentive project designed to create a trustless global market for smart carbon off-setting.
His drive to solve big problems such as climate change has seen him lead twelve start-ups including: PowerMinder Projects, a utility scale solar, battery and microgrid developer with its flagship 166MW solar project in Australia; PowerMinder Consulting, an advisory service on integrating renewables into large urban developments; The Growth Group, an impact scaling hub; Mindr, a smart-home distributed utility business; and Moon Solar, a commercial and residential solar installation company.
Rowan holds a Masters in Psychology focusing on pioneering distributed business models and has contributed to growth strategy as director or advisor to 38 different ventures in Australia, Africa, Europe and the US.
