Biography

Jenni is a business kickstarter and entrepreneur with 10+ years of hands¬-on business development and leadership experience across Europe & Asia in private equity investments, startups, technology, e¬-commerce, B2B sales, social entrepreneurship and M&A. Jenni is passionate about the opportunities in global business, and has lived in six and supported fifteen countries so far, including China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Germany and Poland. Jenni started her career in cross-border investments in a Hong Kong/Chinese investment & trade group, shortly becoming head of Europe and first non-¬Chinese member in the management board reporting to Group’s owner and CEO. She’s lead go-to-market teams, business expansions and cross-border investments between China and Europe while reporting to main shareholders/C-level, founded and led three companies and served as Vice-Chair and executive board member for a female business angel network NFBAN, among others. The latter sparked her to found Women In Tech Asia in Singapore, that has grown from a passion project to a major technology conference in a year’s time.
About Women in Tech Asia
Women in Tech is an annual technology conference that is organised in association with Singapore’s technology and innovation week SWITCH. Women in Tech showcases female role models in tech and science, and provides various activities for career development in the industry. Its latest event at the MBS Expo in September gathered over 1,500 people from 25 countries, had over 60 partner organisations and was sponsored by top industry influencers such as Accenture, Google, Facebook, CA Technologies, Amazon and others. Event was organised for the second time in Singapore, attracting top policy makers, startups, corporate and SME leadership, students and media.
